Although I began reading this article with a tad bit of apathy, especially after reading the uninspiring material sent to us by our government yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised. Three very broad but salient points are made: 1- that we need to practice what we preach (and the examples they gave me made me blush and look away with shame) 2-to talk about social media with the kids and using celebrity mishaps as a gateway to discussing online behaviour. 3-a good tip about adding social media in the class even if you are not tech savvy. A short but relevant read!
